    04.03.2021 DÖRKEN awarded as top employer!

    DÖRKEN has been awarded "Germany's Best Employer" by FOCUS magazine in cooperation with the employer portal kununu and is listed among the "Top 10" in the chemical industry.

    The award is based on employer ratings submitted by current and former employees on kununu. The focus is on corporate culture, salary and working atmosphere. Taken into account are employees from all occupational groups, industries and career levels.

    Around four million evaluations for more than 900,000 companies were analysed in 2021. The 1,000 top employers identified in the process were presented in FOCUS Business in February 2021.

    "We are very pleased to receive this employer award, which is so valuable for us," says Dr. Heike Sanden, HR Manager at DÖRKEN. "After all, the topics of "corporate culture" and "working atmosphere" play a particularly important role in this ranking - and that's exactly where we scored. This shows that our "Care Company" concept come to fruition.
