    Façade membrane for open joints DELTA®-FASSADE 50 (PLUS)

    Diffusion-open façade membrane for open façades including up to 50 mm wide joints and a maximum joint proportion of 50% of the surface.

    It is also suitable for metal and wooden stand constructions as it offers reliable protection of the façade against wind as well as moisture.

    Advantages

    • Permanently UV-resistant
      The excessive UV exposure may result in material fatigue or embrittlement of the material and impair the protective function of the façade membranes. Thanks to a special coating, with the product DELTA®-FASSADE 50 (PLUS) you will benefit from a permanent UV resistance and will also be protected from such damage.
    • Flame retardant
      The product DELTA®-FASSADE 50 (PLUS) meets the requirements of the Euro fire class B-s1, d0. This is the highest class of flame-retardant membranes and means that in the event of a fire, it does not drip off and only causes a low level of smoke. This way you can guarantee the protection of houses and residents.
    • Vapour permeability
      The SD value of the membrane of only approximately 0.02 m guarantees the vapour permeability from the inside. This guarantees the functional reliability of the structure as well as a permanently dry thermal insulation.
