Tray oven

In rack furnaces – a type of continuous oven – the coated parts are divided into basket loads and then added to a special box (rack). This is inserted into the furnace, with the racks already inside moving one position further respectively.

The heating process is identical to that of the conveyor belt oven. Special vibration points prevent the parts from sticking together during the curing process. To avoid excessive vibration intensity the parts can also be pre-dried in a special belt dryer and then divided amongst the racks at a predetermined speed. This is a particular advantage for flat parts – as these are hard to distribute using vibration.
