The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO

8.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The use includes the Universal Analytics mode. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyse a user's activities across devices. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about how users use this website is usually transmitted to, and stored on, a Google server in the USA. However, in the event of the activation of IP anonymisation on this website, Google will truncate users' IP address beforehand in member states of the European Union or in other states party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will users' full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Google Analytics will not combine the IP address transmitted by your browser with any other data held by Google. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating how users use the site, compiling reports on website activities and providing the operator with other services relating to website and Internet usage. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is § 15 para. 3 TMG and Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO. The legitimate interest is in information on the use of our website.

Opt-out cookies are set to prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data across different devices, you must opt-out on all systems used.

If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set:

The tracking of Google Analytics is deactivated in this browser for this website.

8.2 Google Tag Manager

For reasons of transparency, we would like to point out that we use the Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager itself does not collect any personal data. The Tag Manager makes it easier for us to integrate and manage our tags. Tags are small code elements used, among other things, to measure traffic and visitor behaviour, to measure the impact of on-line advertising and social channels, to set up re-marketing and targeting, and to test and optimise websites. If you have made a deactivation, this deactivation will be considered by Google Tag Manager.
For more information about the Google Tag Manager see: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

Cookies do not collect any personal information and cannot be associated with such information. If you don't want to receive user-based advertising, you can disable ads using Google's ad settings

For more information about how Google uses cookies, please read Google's privacy policy

8.4 Conversion measurement with the visitor action pixel of Facebook

With your consent, we use the "visitor action pixel" of Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") within our Internet presence. It allows us to track the actions of users who have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, about which we inform you according to our level of knowledge. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. This information may also be shared with third parties, such as ad networks. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 and lit. f DSGVO Direct marketing has a legitimate interest in the purposes pursued by data processing. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for the purpose of such advertising. In the following, we provide you with opt-out options for the respective services. 10. Third-party content

This on-line offer includes content from Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), such as YouTube or Google Maps. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party providers") are aware of the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence on this if the third party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Where we are aware of this, we inform the users. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO The legitimate interest consists in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our on-line offer.

11. Data transfer

Your data is not transferred to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the transfer of data is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship, or you have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data.

12. Data security

We have taken extensive technical and operational precautions to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress.

13. Term of storage

Unless otherwise indicated, the personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the person responsible is subject.
