Roofing membrane, Façade membrane for closed joints DELTA®-MAXX

Extremely tear-resistant, vapour-permeable roofing membrane for all the roof types equipped with covering components. The material is particularly robust, flame retardant and waterproof.
Due to its elasticity and its elevated tear resistance, the roofing membrane is very user-friendly to be processed. In addition, it offers a high level of safety when it comes to installation.

Furthermore, the material can be used as a façade membrane behind a façade cladding with closed joints.

    DELTA®-MAXX in der Anwendung

Advantages

  • Very flame retardant
DELTA®-MAXX is certified as very flame retardant with the fire class B-s1, d2 in accordance with the standard EN 13501-1. This means that the spread of a fire is made more difficult and houses and their residents are offered a better protection.
  • 25 years functional guarantee
DELTA®-MAXX is also absolutely reliable after years of use. With our 25-year functional guarantee, we offer you the exclusive DÖRKEN quality and long-term performance in writing.
  • Integrated moisture storage
The products DELTA®-MAXX and DELTA®-MAXX PLUS were the first roofing membranes in Germany equipped with moisture storage. Moisture peaks can be absorbed by the storage fleece on the underside. The moisture can then continuously dry out and any damage to the wooden structure can be avoided.
  • High temperature resistance up to +120°C
High intensity of solar radiation results in a high temperature load both on the roof covering and on the membrane. With its high temperature resistance, DELTA®-MAXX reliably withstands these phenomena. This is also an indicator of the high level of resistance to aging offered by the membrane.
  • The product may also be used as temporary covering
DELTA®-MAXX meets all the requirements of the ZVDH regulations and can be used as temporary covering in combination with the system accessories of DELTA®. The result is a temporary protection of the roof structure from moisture and weathering during the working operations on the roof because the works inside the building can be continued.
  • Equipped with DELTA®-AMS and DELTA®-BiCo technologies.

Application

DELTA®-MAXX can be used on pitched roofs with and without hard sheating.
The roofing membrane can be laid rapidly thanks to the smoothed fleece underside.
The high strength in the longitudinal and transverse direction permits a rapid and precise rolling.
The grid structure embossed on the top can be used as an ideal cutting aid.
